Slack emoji maker in three steps

  1. Drop the clip, GIF or image.

  2. Crop to the subject; remove the background if it is flat.

In messages, Slack shows emoji at about 22 px. Bold shapes, high contrast and a transparent background read best; fine detail and small text vanish. Short loops (under 2 seconds) keep the file small.
