Images to GIF maker

Select several pictures and GifCraft turns them into a slideshow-style animated GIF. Reorder them on the film strip, set how long each one stays on screen, and choose whether they fill the frame or fit inside it.

Images to GIF in three steps

  1. Select or drop 2 or more images (PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, AVIF).

  2. Drag frames on the film strip to reorder; set the delay per frame.

  3. Make the GIF and download it.

Frame size and fit

The first image sets the canvas size. Other images are fitted inside it (“Fit”) with a background colour, or cropped to fill it (“Fill”). For a clean result, shoot or export your pictures at the same aspect ratio.

Choosing a delay

For a slideshow, 0.5–1.5 seconds per image lets people read each one. For stop-motion from a burst of photos, 80–150 ms gives believable movement. Use Boomerang in the Timing panel for a ping-pong loop.

Questions

Is my video uploaded anywhere?

No. GifCraft decodes and encodes everything inside your browser tab using the canvas and WebCodecs APIs. Your file never leaves your device, which is also why there is no sign-up and no watermark.

How many images can I add?

Up to 240 frames. For long stop-motion sequences, reduce the width to keep the file light.

Can I set a different time for one image?

Yes. Tap a frame on the film strip and set its own hold time, for example a longer pause on the final picture.
